2段階認証等のセキュリティ強化対策
　Security enhancement measures such as 2-Step Verification

• パスワードを紛失・忘失した場合のアカウント復旧を容易にするため、本人確認用の連絡先の登録を必ず行ってください。
  登録することで、2段階認証の設定が容易になります。

• 不正ログインからアカウントを守るために、初回ログインから2週間以内に2段階認証の設定を必ず行ってください。
  期間内に設定しなかった場合、 Google Workspaceアカウントはロックされ、ログインできなくなります。

• 登録・設定方法は以下の各マニュアルを参照してください。
  マニュアルは、テキストメッセージまたは音声通話でコードを取得する場合を想定して作成されています。

• 登録・設定に関する詳細について、以下の情報も参照してください。

• Register your contact information for identity verification  to easily recover your account in case you lose or forget the password.
  Registration will make it easier to set up 2-step verification.

• Set up 2-step verification within 2 weeks of your first login to protect your account from unauthorized login.
  If you do not set up 2-step verification during the period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to log in.

• Refer to each of the following manuals for registration and setup.
  The manual for 2-step verification is created for the case of getting the verification code by a text message or a voice call.

• 2段階認証は、アカウントにログインする際に必要なパスワードが盗まれた場合に備えて、アカウントのセキュリティを強化するものです。パスワードに加えて、もう1つ認証手段を追加する仕組みです。

• Two-step verification enhances the security of your account in case the password for signing in to your account is stolen. In addition to the password, it is a security process to add another authentication method.

• 2段階認証設定時に使用するPC等

• 確認コードを受け取るためのスマートフォン、携帯電話、固定電話（ただし、固定電話は使用できないこともあります）
  ＊確認コードを受け取る方法は以下の通りです。
  ＊「電話」や「SMS」による認証を使用する場合には、海外からの通話やSMSを許可しておく必要があります。

・PC, laptops, etc. used while setting up 2-Step Verification
・Smartphones, mobile phones, land phones, etc. to receive the verification code　※Landline phones may not be available
　　＊The method for receiving the confirmation code is as follows.
　　＊When using "phone" or "SMS" authentication, it is necessary to allow calls and SMS from overseas.

• 2段階認証の設定は、本ページ上部「実施必須：本人確認用の連絡先登録と2段階認証設定」欄のマニュアルを参照してください。

• 他の方法で設定する場合は以下の情報等も参照してください。

2段階認証が正常に設定されたかどうかは、ご自身で確認が可能です。確認方法は下記の通りです。
You can check by yourself if the 2-step verification has been successfully set up. The confirmation procedure is as follows

• Googleのアプリ一覧のなかから「アカウント」＞「セキュリティ」を選択し「Googleへのログイン」内に表示されている
  「2段階認証プロセス」が「オン」になっていれば、正常に設定されています。

• Select "Account" > "Security" from the list of Google applications, and if the "2-step verification process" shown in the "Sign in to Google" section is "On",
  then you have successfully set up the process.

• 自宅等に忘れた、電池が切れた、紛失した、機種変更した等、2段階認証時に使用するスマートフォンや携帯電話が手元にない場合でも、あらかじめ取得したバックアップコードを使用することで、アカウントにログインすることができます。あらかじめバックアップコードを取得・保管しておくことを推奨します。
  バックアップコードの取得方法等は、以下のGoogle社によるヘルプページ等を参照してください。

  2 段階認証プロセスでのログイン

• バックアップコードを取得していない場合、管理者が管理権限を用いてバックアップコードを取得してユーザーに伝達します。
  本人確認を行う必要があるため、アカデミック・リンク・センター3階のティーチング・コモンズまで学生証・職員証等のIDを持参してください。（持参できない場合は、スマートオフィスにメール等で状況をお知らせください。）
  ＊作業は業務日の8:30～17:00に管理者が行います、その他の時間には実施できません。
  ＊作業は極力迅速に行いますが、授業開始直前などの場合には間に合わないこともあります、あらかじめご承知おきください。

• Even if you don't have your smartphone or mobile phone to use for 2-Step Verification because you forgot it at home, your phone battery ran out, or you lost it, you can still sign in to your account by using the backup code obtained in advance. It is recommended to obtain and store the backup code in advance.

• If you do not have a backup code, the administrator will use administrative privileges to obtain a backup code and communicate it to the user. Bring your ID such as staff ID to Teaching Commons on the 3rd floor of the Academic Link Center as it is necessary to verify your identity. (If you cannot bring your ID, inform the smart office about it by email etc.)
        ＊The work will be done by the administrator from 8:30 to 17:00 on business days; cannot be done at other times.
        ＊We will do the work as quickly as possible, but please note that we may not make it in time such as just before the start of class.

• スマートフォンや携帯電話を機種変更した場合は、旧端末と新端末が手元ある状態で自身のアカウントにログインをして、新端末で2段階認証の認証コード等が受け取れるよう、以下の方法で旧端末からログアウトしておいてください。
  アカウントにアクセスしたデバイスを確認する-使用していないデバイスからログアウトする

• 電話番号を変更した場合は、以下を参考に、再設定用の電話番号も必ず変更してください。
  Google アカウントにアクセスできなくなるのを防ぐ 

• 既に旧端末が手元になく、自身でバックアップコードも取得していない場合は、上記の「2段階認証に使用するスマートフォンや携帯電話が手元にない場合」に記載の通り対応してください。

• If you have changed your smartphone or mobile phone, please log in to your account with the old and new devices in hand, and log out of the old device in the following way so that you can receive the authentication code for 2-step verification on the new device.

• If you change your phone number, be sure to also change the phone number for re-setting, referring to the following.

•  If you do not already have the old device on hand and have not obtained a backup code yourself, please take action as described above under "If you do not have a smartphone or cell phone used for 2-step verification on hand".

• 不正アクセスによる乗っ取り等のリスクを低減させるため、学生および教職員の2段階認証未設定のGWSアカウントに対してロックする設定を適用しています。
  ロックされたアカウントには、自身でログインできなくなっています。ロック解除の申請は「2段階認証設定に関する問い合わせ」をご確認ください。

• All student and faculty GWS accounts without 2-step verification are locked. When your account is locked, you will not be able to log in. If you are unable to log in, check the "Inquiries about 2-Step Verification".

下記に当てはまる場合等、2段階認証設定に関する問い合わせをしたい場合は、以下の専用フォームを使用してください。

• 2段階認証の設定方法が分からない、設定できない場合

• 期日までに2段階認証設定ができず、アカウントがロックされログインできなくなってしまった場合

• If you do not know how to set up 2-step verification or cannot set it up

• If you fail to set up 2-step verification by the deadline and your account is locked and you are unable to log in

2段階認証設定時に、以下のエラーが発生するとの問い合わせが複数件寄せられております。
同様のエラーが出ている方は、数日あけてから再度お試しください。
We have received several inquiries about the following error when setting up 2-step verification.
If you are experiencing the same error, please wait a few days and try again.

• 認証コードを取得するために電話番号を入力したが、コードが送信されない

• 認証コードは送信されるが、送信されたコードを入力したところ「申し訳ありません。現在このリクエストにお応えできません。しばらくしてからもう一度お試しいただくか、別の電話番号をお使いください。」というエラーメッセージが表示される

• I entered my phone number to get an authorization code, but the code is not sent.

• An authorization code is sent, but when I enter the code sent to me, I receive the message "Sorry, we can't fulfill this request at this time. Please try again later or use a different phone number."
