PCのブラウザでログイン Sign in with PC browser
2. ログイン画面でGoogle WorkspaceのID（※）を入力し、「次へ」を選択する

3. 任意のパスワード（初回ログイン時のみ初期パスワード）を入力し、「次へ」を選択する
Enter an arbitrary password (initial password only when signing in for the first time) and select “Next”.
4. ログインできると、自分の名前のアイコンになります（アイコンが切り替わらない場合は、5. に進んでアプリ一覧をクリックしてみてください）
Once you are signed in, you will see an icon with your name (if the icon does not switch, go to step 5 and click on the app lists).
5. ログイン後、アプリ一覧から適宜使用したいアプリを開きます
After signing in, open the app you want to use from the app list.

4. 画面上部の赤枠で囲まれたアプリ一覧をタップして下にスクロールすると、Google ドライブなどのGoogle Workspace機能にアクセスできる。
Tap the app list in the red frame at the top of the screen and scroll down to access Google Workspace features such as Google Drive.
ログインできないときは… Cannot sign in to Google Workspace…
アカウントやパスワードの入力間違いがないか確認してください。全角や半角、大文字小文字、スペル間違いなどがあるとログインできません。
Make sure you have entered your account and password correctly. You will not be able to sign in if there are full-width, half-width, uppercase and lowercase letters, misspellings, etc.千葉大学Google Workspaceのアカウントではなく個人のGoogleアカウント（～@gmail.com等）にログインしたことがある場合、ブラウザが自動的に個人のアカウントにログインすることがあります。あるいは、あるいはブラウザ上で個人のアカウントに先にログインしている場合、先にログインしたアカウントが優先されます（デフォルトとなります）。正しく千葉大学Google Workspaceのアカウントにログインしようとしているか確認してください。個人のアカウントでログインしようとしている／していた場合は、以下の操作を試してください。アカウントは常時ログインするのではなく、利用するときのみログインすることを勧めます。
・個人のGoogleアカウントからログアウトし、再度千葉大学のGoogle Workspaceのアカウントのみにログインする
・ブラウザ（Chromeを推奨）の履歴をクリアしてブラウザを再起動し、千葉大学のGoogle Workspaceのアカウントにログインする
・ブラウザのプライベートブラウズモードを試す
・ブラウザでウィンドウごとにプロファイルを分ける
If you are signed in with your personal Google account (~@gmail.com, etc.) instead of your Chiba University Google Workspace account, your browser may automatically sign in with your personal account and password. If you have logged in your personal account first on your browser, the account takes precedence ("Default"). At first, make sure you are trying to sign in with your Chiba University Google Workspace account correctly. If you are trying to log in (or you logged in) your personal account, please try the following actions.
・Sign out from your personal Google account and then sign in to your Chiba University Google Workspace account again.
・Clear the browser history, restart the browser, and sign in to the Google Workspace account of Chiba University.
・Try the private browsing mode of that browser (Chrome recommended).
・Separate profiles for each window in the browser
ログインしてもアカウントが切り替わらない場合は、上記手順5.のアプリ一覧からGmailやDrive等なんらかのアプリをクリックしてみてください。アプリをクリックすることによりアイコンが表示されます。
If the account does not switch even after signing in, try clicking on any app such as Gmail or Drive from the app list in step 5 above. Click the app to display the icon.パスワード入力後に「アカウントの保護」画面が出た場合
画面の内容を確認後、「確認」を押せばログインは完了します。
更新が必要な場合は、「更新」ボタンを押し、適宜追記等をしてください。

６. 以下はログインできない場合のエラー画面の例です。
これらのエラー画面が出た場合は手続きが必要となる場合がありますので、それぞれの説明を確認してください。

教職員で、ご自身のアカウントを忘れてしまった場合は、ご所属の学務係または総務係経由で、所定のフォームよりアカウントの発行／照会申請をしてください。

If you are a faculty member and have forgotten your account, please apply for an account issuance/reference using the designated form via your Academic Affairs Section or General Affairs Section.
④アカウントが停止されている場合

離籍等により、アカウントが停止になっている状態です。
（千葉大学のGoogle Workspaceアカウントは、離籍90日後に停止される仕様になっています）
教職員で、アカウントを有効化したい場合は、ご所属の学務係または総務係経由で、所定のフォームよりアカウントの継続利用／照会申請をしてください。
Your account has been suspended due to your separation from the university or other reasons.
(Google Workspace accounts at Chiba University are suspended after 90 days of separation from the university.)
If you are a faculty member and need to activate your account, please submit a request for continued account usage/request via your Academic Affairs Section or General Affairs Section using the designated form.
